About me

I've been a professional software engineer for over six years, starting off as a full-stack developer before moving towards more front-end-focused roles. I’ve worked on projects ranging from freight forwarding management systems to ticketing platforms to simple static websites.

When it comes to web development, I'm a big proponent of the rule of least power. I like to apply this principle to other aspects of software development, adding power and complexity to a system only when it's absolutely necessary. For every project that I'm a part of; performance, accessibility and a great user experience are always my top priorities.

LIFEStyle Spaces

This project was both a landing page and a meeting room booking system. It included a monthly subscription service via Stripe Billing and interfaced with the Appointedd calendar system, allowing subscribers to book meeting rooms at a cheaper rate.

Strength Performance

The Strength Performance website was designed by Jamie at Alt-Click Studio. It was a lot of fun building out his fabulous composition. I used motion.dev to create the scroll pinning effect on the 'Our Gym' section.

WECAN

The goal of this website was to help match prospective customers with WECAN's relevant services, providing
an easy-to-use contact form to facilitate this. We created an acrostic of the company letters to indicate each of the main sections within the page, mirroring the business's step-by-step approach to problem-solving.
